| Kasturi. S Narayanan : Our Director and head of operations at our Ahmedabad branch, is an expert in power projects. He started his career at Mcneill and Magor and continued with L&T Mcneill. He Served Siemens Ltd., Bangalore as Regional Manager. A long tenure at Siemens made him an expert in power generation, evacuation, liaison and related fields. He was also Managing Director for System Needs Automation Pvt. Ltd before joining Millenium Synergy Pvt. Ltd. At Millenium, he is the growth driver and a pillar of technical information. |  |

| Dr. Ashok Kumar Saxena : A doctor of Energy Studies, Ashok
Kumar Saxena is one of the few people who is enroute to make a
significant contribution to the country's renewable energy endevours.
His research thesis was performance study (and design) of Microprocessor controlled Autonomous Tracking Photovoltaic System. His
career also received an excellent base in the Foundation for
Innovation and Technology Transfers at the IIT Delhi, where he was a
scientific officer. He went on to become the Project Consultant for
IIT Delhi. He evaluated India's first 20 KWp Photovoltaic Power Plant
in the year 1991 and presented his report to the Advisor of Ministry
of Non Conventional Energy Sources, Govt. of India. His Corporate
presence is innovative and very impressive and entirely on practical
aspects of implementation of solar energy projects from concept to
commissioning. He has been very active academically also having
organized various seminars, workshops training programs etc. at very high management levels. He Is Executive Director at Millenium Synergy, and he is a walking encyclopedia on solar energy matters in our company. |

| Nama Ananda Kumar Mrudula : A graduate of science, is responsible for the smooth functioning of the organisation as its Director (Administration). She is part of every technological/entrepreneurial initiative of the company right from its inception. While other members of the technical and management team are actually responsible for technical initiatives, the organisation value-add that Mrudula provides is considered invaluable by her colleagues. | Sudhakar Velu Thanikai : Technical Director of the Company, has a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications from Nagarjuna University and his M.E. was in Electrical and Electronics with Power Electronics specialisation. He has had a diverse background in electronic equipments. He has hands on experience on projects, special products and almost matches top names in the company in liaison and networking. Mr. Kirubakaran : An M.Tech graduate from Anna University, Chennai. Having helped many a technocrat students as a Professor of a reputed engineering college at Chennai, Kirubakaran chose to join the industry and help bridge the gap between theory and practice. A master of technology, Kirubakaran is an ace designer and is the brain behind the company's design success. Solar power industry, with new IT based tools coming up on a daily basis, is an ever-evolving one. Remote control of energy saver devices are saving many a watt of electricity in the country, which is equal to every watt of energy produced. Kirubakaran handles all the design needs of solar energy devices deployed by the company. He has to his credit many innovations he has successfully implemented within a span just over two years in the company. |
